Adult care Apprenticeships Available

Adult Care Worker Level 2

Adult Care workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs so they can achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling service users to have more control and choice in their lives.

Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3

As a Lead Adult Care Worker, you will make a positive difference in someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, or intellectual challenges. You will be expected to exercise judgement and take appropriate action to support individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and control.

Lead Practitioner in Adult Care level 4

As a Lead Practitioner in Adult Care, you will guide and inspire team members to make positive differences in someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological, or intellectual challenges. You will have achieved a level of self-development to be recognised as a lead practitioner within the care team, contributing to, promoting, and sustaining a values-based culture at an operational level.

Leader in Adult Care level 5

The Leader in Adult Care has the responsibility for managing community or residential-based services. This role has a large element of leadership, whether with other care workers and networks or in leading the service itself. A successful apprentice will have met all the requirements. They have a responsibility to ensure the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs and well-led. 

Introducing the Cleaning Hygiene Operative Apprenticeship

In our commitment to diverse vocational training, we are delighted to introduce the Cleaning Hygiene Operative apprenticeship alongside our Adult Care apprenticeships. While this new opportunity may differ from our traditional care-focused programs, it plays a crucial role in maintaining safe and hygienic environments.

Embark on a dynamic career as a Cleaning Hygiene Operative, ensuring safe and hygienic environments in healthcare or commercial settings. Master specialised techniques, work independently or in a team, and contribute to a high level of cleanliness.
